Booking Policy

  • Infill Appointments: Infill appointments are only valid within 2–3 weeks of your previous treatment. Bookings made after 3 weeks will be charged at the Full Set price upon arrival.
  • Outside Work: We do not infill work completed by other technicians. If you arrive with extensions applied elsewhere, a removal and full set will be required and charged accordingly.
  • Deposits: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. This will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day.
  • Cancellations & Rescheduling:If you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be held as credit, valid for 1 month.Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.Cancellations made on the day of your appointment or failure to attend (no-shows) will result in the full treatment amount being charged. This balance must be cleared before any future bookings can be made.

Appointment Policies

To ensure the best results and maintain the highest hygiene standards, please follow these guidelines before your appointment:

  • Arrive with clean, freshly washed lashes, ideally using a lash shampoo.
  • Arrive with no makeup around the eye or brow area.
  • Do not use a lash curler for at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
  • Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be recorded as a no-show, and the full treatment amount will be charged. A new booking and deposit will be required for any future appointments.

Reminders

You’ll receive an automated reminder before your appointment. However, it is your responsibility to remember your booking.

Treatment Suitability

If you arrive to your appointment and are unable to proceed with the treatment due to contraindications, poor aftercare, or failure to follow pre-treatment instructions, your deposit will be forfeited.
