Infill appointments are only applicable for the 2nd or 3rd week commencing your last appointment. Clients booking appointments after the 3rd week will be charged a Full set fee upon arrival.

We strictly do NOT infill other technicians' extension work due to various reasons. A Removal and Full Set will be charged for clients who arrive to appointments with another technicians' extensions.

A 50% non – refundable deposit is required for all bookings, which will go towards the total cost of the treatment on the day.
If you cancel 48 hours before appointment your deposit will be kept on file as credit
(Cancellations made within 48 hours of appointment will result in loss of deposit)

Credit must be used within 1 month.

Please arrive with freshly washed lashes using a lash shampoo.

Please arrive with no makeup around the eye/brow area

Do NOT curl your lashes with a lash curler at least 24 hours prior to your appointment

Lateness over 10 minutes will either automatically be logged as a ‘no show appointment’ and you will lose your deposit, or the treatment time will be reduced however you will have to pay full price. therefore, please arrive on time.
