TERMS & CONDITIONS
By booking an appointment with By Lia Concadoro, you agree to the following policies.


BOOKING POLICY

Central London Appointments:

Appointments at the Central London location require full payment at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

• A minimum of 48 hours notice is required if you need to reschedule your appointment.

• If sufficient notice is given, your payment can be moved to a new appointment.

• Cancellations, rescheduling within 48 hours, or failure to attend your appointment will result in the loss of your payment. Refunds will not be issued.

North London Appointments:

Appointments at the North London location require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

• The remaining balance must be paid in cash on the day of your appointment.

• Bank transfers and Apple Pay are not accepted.

• A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule your appointment.

• If sufficient notice is given, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment.

• Deposits are strictly non-refundable.


INFILL POLICY

• Infill appointments are only valid within 2–3 weeks of your previous appointment.

• Appointments booked after 3 weeks will be charged as a Full Set.

• I do not infill work carried out by other technicians.

Clients arriving with work completed elsewhere will require a removal and full set, charged accordingly.


LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled.

• The booking will be treated as a late cancellation, and a new deposit will be required to make any future appointments.


PRE-APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES

To ensure the best results and maintain hygiene standards:

• Please arrive with clean lashes/brows, ideally washed with a lash shampoo

• Arrive with no makeup around the eye or brow area

• Do not use a lash curler for at least 24 hours before your appointment

Failure to follow these guidelines may affect the outcome of your treatment.

TREATMENT SUITABILITY
If you attend your appointment and the treatment cannot proceed due to contraindications, poor aftercare, or failure to follow pre-treatment instructions, your deposit or payment will be forfeited.

RESULTS & REFUNDS
Due to the nature of beauty services:

• Refunds are not offered on treatments.

However, if you are unhappy with your results, Lia will always be happy to review the treatment and make any necessary adjustments where possible.

PRODUCTS

All products (physical & digital) sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

RESCHEDULING BY LIA
In the rare circumstance that your appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled by Lia, your deposit/payment will remain on your booking system account and can be used for a future appointment.


NORTH LONDON ADDRESS
The full address for the North London location will be provided upon request.

Clients must show proof of their booking confirmation when requesting the address.

APPOINTMENT REMINDERS

You will receive an automated reminder before your appointment, however it is your responsibility to remember your booking.
